All listings must be accurate, data-wiped, and legally sourced. Digitop Bids may edit, pause, or remove listings that breach our quality or compliance standards. All images uploaded to listings may be watermarked by Digitop Bids for security and branding purposes.
3. Image Watermarking Policy
Digitop Bids reserves the right to apply watermarks to all images uploaded to listings. This is done to protect intellectual property, prevent unauthorized use, and maintain platform integrity. By uploading images, you consent to this watermarking process. Watermarked images remain the property of the original uploader, but Digitop Bids may use watermarked versions for platform display and marketing purposes.
4. Financial Transactions & Disclaimers
IMPORTANT: Digitop Bids is a listing and communication platform only. We are NOT responsible for any financial transactions, payments, claims, disputes, or deals between buyers and sellers. All transactions are conducted directly between parties at their own risk.
